Just another love poem

Sometimes a little poem goes a long way, am I right?

YOU

You're always in my thoughts
You're always in my dreams
And so a life without you would
Just tear away at the seams

It's you that keeps me up all night
The one getting me through the day
And so it seems to me that there
Is only one thing left to say

I don't know how to say it
To make it sound so true
So I'll say it how I feel it
I'm completely in love with you

In Memory of my Grandmother

Well it's time to remember the most hardest time in my life, soon it will be a year since my beloved Grandma passed. I thought I would take the time to mention that she was my best friend and that she is never forgetten. RIP!!!

Heart Full Of Pain

My heart never felt so much pain
The sky came together and dropped lots of rain
I thought my life was coming to an end
All I know is I will never give in
You were the reason I became who I am
You hold my life in the palm of your hand
You showed me right from wrong
But the day you died everything went wrong
You knew me oh so well
The day you died my heart fell
I will never forget you until I die
Maybe someday we will meet up in the sky
I know the lord took you cause it was time
But he should of let me say the right goodbye
I think of you from day to day
Wondering what you would think of me today.

Family Friend Poems

Reality

Many girls obsess about how to be the perfect girlfriend. The truth is most guys are happy enough just to have a girlfriend. However, it is important to know that for guys, being respected is the most important thing. Guys want to know that you think they are powerful and strong. It is also important do not disregard their complement. If he tells you that he thinks that you look beautiful, don't tell him that you are ugly. You may be acting modest, or displaying your own insecurities, but to him, you are saying that his complements don't mean a thing.
This is just such a pretty and romantic poem that I relate too. But some points I am not so sure of....

When I First Met You

When I first met you
I felt like I had known you forever,
telling you my secrets
and what I didn't want ever.
you listened to me
I bet you thought I'd never end,
who would have thought
we would become more than just friends.
Over a period of time,
I got to know the real you.
A boy so caring and gentle,
with a heart so true.
You've survived your life
with hurt and loneliness by your side.
I told you I'd never leave
because of the feelings I have inside.
I know you
like no one I have ever known,
and sometimes I wonder
what I'd do if you were gone?
So I have decided
time answers all.
If it is meant to be
time will remove the wall.
I love the way we are together,
you can always make me smile.
Will it ever really be forever?
I guess I will have to wait awhile.
Time will reveal, what lies ahead
but always remember
what I have said.
Meeting you has changed my life
and I really love you so,
the feelings I feel for you
I am never letting go.
Remember me always
and I will too.
I always think of
me and you

Book List

So I have now been given enough free time to bored a pack of foxes with. So one thing I like to do and I have mentioned it on the introduction is that I love to read. So here is a list of books that I personally recomend would be:
  1. The House of Night saga- The book is about vampires but not the typical twilight vampires yes there are pages within the book that contains love and you fall for the Human boy Health who was the lead character Zoe's human boyfriend or shall we say close friends as they are on and off but basically she gets marked by a vampire and has to go to "vampire finishing school". She then has to worship a goddess vampire named Nyx the goddess of night and she deals with different dangerous situations. I recommend this book as it was fun and interesting and you fall in love with each of the characters.
  2. The next book series I liked was twilight, I just liked the idea of a love triangle that is surprising really easy to get caught up in. The books are much better than the films and you can imagine your Bella and someone you love as Edward until the director puts two of my most hated celebrities in the film but oh well the books are better.
  3. The next books would be my doctor who collection as you get to feel like you are on the mystery with the 9th, 10th and the 11th doctor and you can chose your character, of course I am also the doctor.
  4. The notebook was a book I picked up by mistake but I enjoyed it as you can imagine you are the lead characters and you are reading your partner their story of how you met which in my opinion makes it more real and sad than the actual film.
  5. The most recent book collection I read was the hunger games I enjoyed the first film then watched the second which I also enjoy but was told the books are better than the films and they most certainly were, if you have the chance to read them do. Although the first of the last two films is coming out soon.
  6. As I like to read true stories of people's life where they have ever seen an Alien or claim they have or a UFO to seeing the Lockness monster, I enjoy the books because they are telling you someones life story of where they were at each time.
  7. One of the most interesting books I had the pleasure of reading would be the Dairy of a Young girl, which is about the diary Anne Frank wrote when she was hiding during world war two as Hitler was killing off all the Jews well the Nazi's were from Hitler's orders as he believed they they were better off dead and they were nothing more than rats, which if you research or read Mein Kamrf (not something I would recommend) he explains his views, but the book is about Anne's struggles to be in hiding and how her and the people around her coped it is very interested but also sad as she didn't have a long life or a proper mother and Daughter relationship.
  8. Real life criminal books are a interesting read as they gives you a look into a real murder and find out what they were going through and why they did it such as the stories in the Ok mag or Real People mag which I read as they are interesting
Through books you are giving the power to think and use your imagination, it also helps you develop socially and emotionally so that you aren't just a walking, talking robot. There are many different books such as 50 shades of grey that I read the first second and half of the last and thought it was just like a normal book, just a bit more sex in it, but it all depends on the amount of exotic books you read.

I do not advise that you read real life stories if you feel like they are going to help with your imagination or make you become paranoid.

"words are power, passed down, from generations to generations"

Introduction

Well, I was trying to figure out what I could do on my spare time. So I thought I would create a blog about things that I value as being important.

First of all, I am an 18 years old female from Durham. I have weird obsessions that I think mean something to me, such as my interest in sci-fi and history. I have been reading the book thief which is about a little girl in world war two that has to be evacuated from the war and Hitler's idealise view of how everyone should be in his eyes, so the book is written by Death who follows the little girl around. She makes friends and her foster parents then help a Jew from being killed, well that is all I know as I haven't finished reading it.

Along with the book thief I have started to read the fault in our stars which is about a girl who falls in love with a boy who has also had cancer. I'm 45 pages through and it is just getting good. For some readers it could be upsetting.

Also with my interesting picks of books, I also like to spend my time watching horrors that people find are too cruel or too disgusting to imagine. My top 5 would have to be in order of what I found not so disgusting and more funny would be:

  1. Saw- It was disgusting in many places but after the first few it was a bit easy to guessThe
  2. Human Centipede- This is on my list because many people were sick during this film, but me being be just sat and eat chocolate. There are too many mistakes for it to be real or for you to actually believe it, also in the war Nazi's did experiment on twins to see if they really did have a weird connection.
  3. Due to the fact the this movie is years old and they keep remaking it, the next in my list would be Carrie, mostly all the scenes like fake and pretty laughable.
  4. I like all of the Hostel movies, I think number 2 or part 2 is the best due to the whole you know what is going to happen before it happens.
  5. Last of my massive list would be Hannibal although this is last on my list it did not scare me there are a few in the trilogy and my favourite would be Hannibal rising as it explains why at the start he became a cannibal but then later he is just a normal psychopath with a new way to kill his victims.
I have a long list of horror films that I find funny, this is not to say that anyone else who watches them will feel the same way.

So back to the introducation, I am short for my age, I have just finsihed Sixth Form and I enjoy a drink with my friends and family (as I'm legally allowed). I wouldn't say I was normal as my interests are not normal, such as I look up at the stars and wonder "are we alone in the universe?" But I enjoy spending most of my time texting my boyfriend who has just started a training course, I hope he passes.

So my introduction is very long...
