Well, I was trying to figure out what I could do on my spare time. So I thought I would create a blog about things that I value as being important.
First of all, I am an 18 years old female from Durham. I have weird obsessions that I think mean something to me, such as my interest in sci-fi and history. I have been reading the book thief which is about a little girl in world war two that has to be evacuated from the war and Hitler's idealise view of how everyone should be in his eyes, so the book is written by Death who follows the little girl around. She makes friends and her foster parents then help a Jew from being killed, well that is all I know as I haven't finished reading it.
Along with the book thief I have started to read the fault in our stars which is about a girl who falls in love with a boy who has also had cancer. I'm 45 pages through and it is just getting good. For some readers it could be upsetting.
Also with my interesting picks of books, I also like to spend my time watching horrors that people find are too cruel or too disgusting to imagine. My top 5 would have to be in order of what I found not so disgusting and more funny would be:
Saw- It was disgusting in many places but after the first few it was a bit easy to guessThe
Human Centipede- This is on my list because many people were sick during this film, but me being be just sat and eat chocolate. There are too many mistakes for it to be real or for you to actually believe it, also in the war Nazi's did experiment on twins to see if they really did have a weird connection.
Due to the fact the this movie is years old and they keep remaking it, the next in my list would be Carrie, mostly all the scenes like fake and pretty laughable.
I like all of the Hostel movies, I think number 2 or part 2 is the best due to the whole you know what is going to happen before it happens.
Last of my massive list would be Hannibal
although this is last on my list it did not scare me there are a few in the trilogy and my favourite would be Hannibal rising as it explains why at the start he became a cannibal but then later he is just a normal psychopath with a new way to kill his victims.
I have a long list of horror films that I find funny, this is not to say that anyone else who watches them will feel the same way.
So back to the introducation, I am short for my age, I have just finsihed Sixth Form and I enjoy a drink with my friends and family (as I'm legally allowed). I wouldn't say I was normal as my interests are not normal, such as I look up at the stars and wonder "are we alone in the universe?" But I enjoy spending most of my time texting my boyfriend who has just started a training course, I hope he passes.
So my introduction is very long...
